Over the past 30 years -- our family has been asked hundreds and maybe a thousand times if we have interest in franchising. Our apprehension was always the same--"how do we duplicate the family owned diner experience?" with a franchisee run location.

Over the past few years we have successfully opened two new Petes Place locations and are feeling much better about duplicating the magic that we have established and have decided to dip our toe in the water and begin taking formal inquiries. We have not completed our franchise documents that are needed to offer Petes Place as a franchise--however we have started the process and feel we will be ready within the next few months.
